Weaving herbal medicines and ancestral wisdom practices, we offer formulas that are effective and gentle for the earth, the body, and the soul. We grow most of our botanicals or source plant medicines from small Canadian herbal farms 

Reiki works to restore physical and emotional balance and can assist  with creativity, stress, relaxation, pain, ease of movement, emotional  stress and much more! Reiki also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic treatments. 

Gua Sha Facials are a natural way to enhance the appearance of your skin and increase  your overall glow while enjoying full body relaxation. This treatment  includes a combination of rejuvenating facial techniques, such as gua sha stone massage, facial cupping, kansa wand, eye mask.

Each  Gua Sha Facial takes place in our dim light private treatment room with soft meditative music playing to encourage a sense of calm.  After the first treatment, you can expect a natural glow on your face.  

We use intuitively chosen crystals for Reiki , Facials , and Scalp Massage Sessions.
